The Retarded Referee
Every so often you play a game of soccer where you have a referee that everyone, your team and the other team, hates. In actuality it happens more than fifty percent of the time. Well today we had one of those refs. I don't know his name so I'll just call him Steve. I encountered Steve today at my soccer game as the center referee. I did not recognize him at first, but after a while I saw the evil sparkle in his eye and realized that this was not my first encounter with him. Months previous we were playing a soccer game with him as our ref. To sum it up, two people got yellow cards for arguing with his bad calls. I won't mention the two names of the people who argued with him, but I will mention one, Mathew Madsen. That is besides the point. I always knew that I hated him ever since I saw his long, greasy hair and unshaven face. Steve called the worst game I had ever seen, and I don't even remember who won. I just remember how much I hated Steve. When I saw him today, he seemed to have improved his refereeing skills until he called a foul on me. All I did was step in between a kid and the ball. The kid tried to kick the ball but tripped over my foot. Then I tripped over him and kneed him in the back of the head. It sounds bad but the kid didn't need to cry. Then the ref called a foul on me just because what happened looked bad. I also know that that the kid I hurt was his little brother Ted. I base my inferences on science and if I don't like two people in the same place then they must be related. I would have been fine with the call if he hadn't been yelling at me. He was acting like I did it on purpose. So I ran up to referee and kneed him in the face just so I could justify his bad call. Not really though. All I can really say is that I just don't like Steve.

So Garth, I see you have harbored some ill will towards "Steve". Don't worry I hate him too. He gave me that card for no reason. Speaking of which, why did you feel it necessary to include my name as the one he carded?
ReplyDeleteUmm, I don't know, maybe to inform the world of your unhealthy anger towards Steve, show how far people are willing to go to prove their hatred towards another, and to be able have people relate to my example. Actually I made those all up. I just felt like mentioning your name, because it is fun to type Mathew Madsen.
